HUGO SPRITZ COCKTAIL

Light and refreshing, this cocktail is one to try this summer - my version uses gin for an extra twist but you can easily omit it for a lower ABV drink

WHAT YOU NEED

About 3-5 mint leaves

Juice of 1 lime

25ml St Germain or other elderflower liqueur

Ice

90ml sparkling wine

Soda water to top up

Lime slices and mint leave to garnish

WHAT YOU DO

Step 1. Add the mint leaves, lime juice and elderflower liqueur to a wine glass and gently muddle together.
Step 2. Fill the glass with ice, then add the gin and prosecco. Stir, then top up with the soda water, about 35ml. Farnish with the mint and lime, then serve.
