WHAT YOU DO
Step 1. First make the jam syrup. Boil equal parts jam and water together until the sugar has dissolved, then allow to cool.
Step 2. To make the cocktail, add the Siegfried and APRTF to a shaker with ice, 30ml of the cooled syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Shake vigorously then strain into your choice of glass.
Step 3. Top with some squirty cream and a few freeze-dried strawberry pieces, then enjoy.
