Neven talks trends - Neven Maguire will be joining Gillian Nelis, Managing Editor of the Business Post Group, on The Hospitality Stage on day two of HEX24. Neven, owner and chef at McNean House Restaurant in Cavan, will share his expert knowledge from the restaurant business and as one of Ireland's premier chefs, to give us some insights into the latest food trends coming down the line.
