BLACKBERRY AND GINGER FIZZ
September is the time to go blackberry picking, as these lovely purple fruits start to pop up on hedges all around the country. This easy cocktail is one of my favourite ways to use blackberries
WHAT YOU NEED
5 blackberries 50ml gin 30ml blackberry liqueur 30ml agave syrup 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Ginger beer, to finish Ice, to serve
WHAT YOU DO
Step 1. In a tall glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with the gin, blackberry liqueur, syrup and lemon juice until the blackberries are almost crushed. Step 2. Strain into a serving glass and add the chilled ginger beer and some ice to finish.
